designed and produced Givaudan’s live experience onsite at the 2018 World Perfumery Congress that took place over 3 days in Nice, France. Features included a strategically conceived exhibition stand with semi-private meeting space, a 180° digital animation photo booth to amplify social activity, and specially designed fragrance stations bringing to life Givaudan’s 250th anniversary as well as latest campaigns like their “Delight” story, illustrated via a digital sphere 360°viewing experience. Givaudan’s logo stole-the-show at the entry of the WPC trade show exhibition floor, projected on a 3-meter high (10ft) digitally animated LED feature wall. We also helped coordinate onsite meetings, media interviews, photo shoots and filming of institutional videos.
