Ciel Rouge accompanied Sempio Foods Company in developing a preliminary brand strategy and in-depth market research of the French consumer food market and consumer trends. Activity also included product demonstrations to top chefs in Paris, and design and management of a consumer taste-test booth at “Street Food Temple #2” public food event at the Carreau du Temple in Paris.
